Easter

Well, I figured it was only fitting to put up another of the "Give Up Yer Aul Sins" videos after the Saint Patrick one. This is one of the best ones, and it's about the crucifixion. I had meant to put it up on Good Friday, but forgot.

It's amusing to see what children retain from the way they are taught these stories (and the way the are embellished by teachers).

St. Patrick

Since last year I put up a St. Patrick video, I thought why not put up another one this year.

This is from a series called "Give Up Yer Aul Sins", named after the first short they did which was nominated for an Oscar. It's real audio from Irish schoolchildren made in the 1960s, with animation. The whole series is pretty good, but this is the one about St. Patrick.
